ABC Appliance Greeting:  Hello this is ABC Appliance, How Can I Help You?

Customer: Hi, I am having a problem with my washing machine.

ABC Appliance: Yes Ma'am, What type of trouble are you having with your washing machine?

Customer:  The washer is leaking water at the bottom

ABC Appliance: Yes Ma'am, we can help you with that.  I need to ask a couple questions to better find out how we can help you. 

Customer:  Ok, that's fine.

ABC Appliance: Do know what type of washer it is or the brand of the washing machine?

Customer:  I think it is a Kenmore.

ABC Appliance:  Is it a Top Load or a Front Load Washer?

Customer:  It is a Top Load Washer.

ABC Appliance:  About how old is the washer? Is it less than 5 years old or more?

Customer:  It is about 10 years old.

ABC Appliance:  Oh I see you have one of the good older washing machines.

Customer:  Yes, I don't like the those new Front Load washers.

ABC Appliance:  Yes Ma'am, is this the first time you have had trouble with it?

Customer:  Yes, it been a good washer.

ABC Appliance:  Yes, the older ones are better than the newer ones. That is what most of my customers tell me.  I prefer the older ones my self.
