- Freezer Temperature in Refrigerator is too High – should be set between -0 – 5 degrees
- Defect Water Inlet Valve – they can fail electronically or mechanically
- Water Pressure is too low – check the water pressure coming from the wall faucet
- Frozen Supply Tube – check the tube that fills the ice maker to ensure it is not frozen
- Faulty Door Switch – check door switch with a mult-meter for ohms of resistance
